If you want to make advances in your fitness lifestyle you're going to have to experiment with various ideas constantly.
I firmly believe that's the single best way to discover your own path for the greatest results.

But fear not, I think I figured out a way to make the success rate of any fitness experiment at nearly 100%.
It's simple - each month I embark on a new challenge that tests my diet, my body or my mind. Sometimes all three!
Tackling a single challenge for one month has immense advantages:
1) It gives me enough time to see if the idea will pan out after a struggling start. When I did my 'body weight only' challenge, I wanted to pack it [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] in after the first week. It felt weak and unproductive. But since [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] I knew I only had to do it 30 days, I stuck with it and to my surprise body weight training became the basis for everything I do.
2) It gives you a finish line. Nothing is more un-motivating than knowing your options are only to stick to a plan forever or quit. 3) It gives you focus. When some people try to get in shape they tackle many areas at once. This usually causes far too much stress and anxiety and makes quitting sound like the best way out.
