So many guys try the old supposedly tried and true methods to get a girlfriend back and wonder why they don't work. If you are normal you have probably tried these approaches or maybe you are considering them. If you have tried these methods I am here to tell you that you have probably done some damage to your chances of getting your girlfriend back and wasted some time but all hope is not lost.

What methods am I talking about? What do most guys try when attempting to win back a woman? They try talking, being nice, buying gifts, waiting her out, telling her that they love her and that they will wait as long as it takes to get their girlfriend back.
